I unfortunately cannot recommend this group in any way, shape or form. They are disorganized, deceitful, unprofessional and incredibly difficult to work with. We ordered several pieces for a bathroom remodel over a month ago after an incredibly uninspiring visit to the show room where we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by asking for help and guidance. I purchased the trims and shower systems for my bathroom remodeling in a total amount over 7K, reassured by sales person Kim Stanger that all is returnable. However, when I waited for over a month for my hardware to arrive and finally decided to cancel, Kim called me and said there is a 25% restocking fee in the fine print. I find this extremely deceptive and distasteful. Very disappointed. Please beware of this trap!
We were in the store for a good half an hour while the oldest employee ( won’t use her name) wouldn’t lift a finger to help us and was visibly surfing the internet as we stood there asking questions. She is a bare minimum employee FOR SURE and shouldn’t be working in customer service, unless the goal is to drive people out of the store. Awful Customer service, we confirmed so many time about the delivery and they still delayed my delivery. And when I go back to the store they put everything on me and blame me. Use your brain, I have appointment with installation and you just ruined will never get in the store.
Awful customer service. And faucets are not worth the price. Purchased a $700 faucet and it did not work properly. The store did not provide any help. Just sent me to the Kohler Distribution center. They gave me a hard time about reading the manual to finagle the faucet install with a piece of wood. Like I should have known that. And for $700, I should not have to do that. Do NOT buy!!!
