Dr. Koger is patient and a great listener. Dr. Koger is very knowledgeable about his practice and knows exactly what you need for your condition. I highly recommend him to everyone because of his expertise and his attentive attitude to patients. I have been seeing Dr. Koger for a while now and none of his recommendations for treatment has failed.
I'm please with my care with Dr. Kroger/Staff; friendly , nice , clean office and prompt with calling you for your appointments. Giving Dr. Koger Jr. 5 stars for level of care to his patients.
Dr. Koger was so nice and very knowledgeable when it came to my eczema and Acne! Over the past 3 years I've struggled with both and really didn't have any luck with previous dermatology offices. As result, I found myself having no resolve! But Dr. Koger knew exactly what to do and there was little to no wait time to see him! At some doctor office's you sit and wait for hours in the lobby, but not here! Lastly, the staff was amazing! and very professional. I really recommend this office for all your skin care needs!

Dr. Koger is the best! I have been going to Dr. Koger for over 20 years and have recommended him to my family and all of my friends. He explains everything clearly so I can understand and he is not an alarmist which I do appreciate it very much.
All doctors charge any co-pay fees BEFORE you are seen. Welcome to 2018. Dr. Koger was knowledgeable and gave me 2 options for treatment. My incision healed with minimal scar. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Dr. Koger is a good doctor. His billing practices are unethical. You are required to pay for the entire cost of the visit before leaving. When they get payment from your insurance they WILL NOT contact you so you can get a refund of the amount you were OVER-CHARGED! They say it's up to the patient to look at their EOB and contact them to request a refund. I wonder how many times they have kept the double-payment - obviously for their benefit.
In response to the comments about paying before seeing the doctor. I personally work in the medical field and unfortunately times have changed in terms of insurance. Today, insurers require collection of the patients co-pay prior to being seen. It is a requirement of the contract that the physician has with the insurer. Its not a matter of trusting that the patient will pay and its unfortunate that this gives the impression that the physician is "greedy" or sees patients as untrustworthy.
Dr. Koger's office charges you BEFORE you are seen by the doctor. Found that a bit odd. Expect to make 2 appointments. If you have a higher deductible health insurance (like myself), you pay $80 to sit in his office, only to make another appointment to actually have any work done. Had to have records transferred, never heard back from them whether or not they received them. Would not recommend. He give me cream for my itch and I had to go to another doctor to solve my problem. He love yourmoney
