Excellent! They diagnosed and solved my problem in one visit after another local professional had seen me several times with zero progress and plenty of expense.
Dr Koffler did cataract surgery on both my eyes. They had gotten so bad that I was having trouble driving at night. They are great now. I just had my 6 month check up today and my vision is holding. I also have some cornea problems and they are keeping an eye on those to make sure they don’t get any worse. It’s great knowing I have someone that is taking care of that. I would recommend Koffler Vision Group to anyone

I do not. believe you could find a more caring doctor than Dr Koffler. I have suffered with e frame dry eye for years. when I came to Dr Koffler for cataracts I was fortunate to qualified for one of the many research studies their office participates in This particular one was for dry eye. after the study Dr Koffler had first hand knowledge of my r frame symptoms and suggested a recently developed treatment for dry eye. I have been to this office a total of about 6 times I believe over a year’s time. Three visits in the spring of 2017 and three this year. I’ve read reviews and have seen similar actions during my visits; unfriendly office staff, lack of privacy, etc. Last visit an office staff person came to the lobby to talk with a patient about his upcoming surgery and what he needed to pay. I'm extraordinarily disappointed with the unprofessional service I received by a few members of the office staff during my appointment today. The person checking in patients communicated in a rude and discourteous manner when asking for my insurance card. The conversation went as follows: Her: "I need to see your insurance card." Me: "It's the same." Her: " I need to see your insurance card."
