This complaint is about the Service department. I purchased my car out of state and always had good customer service from Subaru. When I moved to New York City, I went to Koeppel Subaru in Queens to have a tire repaired. Online the service looks great and you can leave your name and information with an "advisor" and even schedule a drop-off time to have the work done. When I actually arrived at the Service center though my online booking was ignored and I was made to give all my information again and needed to get to work. W... read more
Great knowledgeable sales personnel. Very professional, took care of my trade in, helped me with paperwork to get a refund on my extended warranty from previous car. Answered all my questions and got me the right car for my lifestyle. Sales person was very patient in teaching me all about my new car, and how to enjoy the many options. I couldn’t have had a better car buying experience. If you want to be really taken care of get to Koeppel Subaru.

If you are looking for a Subaru vehicle this is the place. Jonathan Persaud offered and exceptional service. He went above and beyond by always putting attention to details and making sure we were always aware of what was better for us at all times.
