We had no intension of buying a new car yesterday. We just went in to look buttttt, we walked out with a Subaru Forester and it’s amazing! Our salesman in the Long Island City location, Sergey, did not push us but listened to all requests and gave us the best options for our family.
Very happy with our new Crosstrek! Sergey and Jose helped us and they were straightforward and very easy to work with! Even during the coronavirus crisis we did everything remotely and online and when we had to pick up the car everything was ready for us to sign quickly and get out the door. I highly recommend Koeppel Subaru.
