DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. My experience was awful. Not only did they call thirty minutes before my boyfriend’s injection to say he’d pay out of pocket, just wait. We called the insurance company immediately after receiving this from someone of the front desk because it didn’t make sense why it was not covered, but the insurance informed us 40 minutes prior to closing the night before they received the request.
