I have nothing but but love for the crew at Koenig! I just purchased my very first brand new car and couldn't be more excited about it!! Richard was very accommodating, and even provided me with a loaner vehicle for the few weeks it took to get my car ordered and delivered. I have no doubt that my car and myself are in good hands, and we will both be taken care of by the staff in the future.
Extremely slow service, waiting area is extremely dirty and covered in dog hair. This place should be shut down, Subaru should be ashamed.
I purchased a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek from Koenig Subaru the later part of November, and LOVE it! I was looking in my home town, then was reminded of Bill Jr., and his family dealership in Port Angeles. The car I ended up buying ended up being in worse shape than the one I traded in. The biggest problem I dealt with was that the rear brakes weren't in working condition at all. I specifically stated I wanted a safe vehicle for my kids and I ended up with something we could have all really been hurt in. After a 2 week repair I met with Mr Koenig hoping for some sort of understanding about how it's ok to sell an unsafe vehicle but was greatly disappointed with the response, or lack of I should say.
