We bought a used Subaru and had a question about how to start it with the fob. He did what the book says to do with that fob. Went inside came out and said we need a separate fob to do that! BS! We r pretty sure it hasn’t been synced to the car! Not helpful, rude! Wasn’t even gonna help us at all ! Until I said it was originally bought from them. We were planning on getting it serviced there! We won’t now!

Was an exceptional salesman. There was no pressure to buy anything. Offered us water or Coffee. Made us feel very comfortable like one of the family. They explained everything to us about differences in models, and price ranges that were fair. They also gave us space, and let us think about what we wanted. I would highly recommend Koenig Subaru, and a big shout out to our salesman Ken Cardella. Thank you so much, and we love our new Subaru.
