RecommendedMy husband and I just had the best car-buying experience here. Ken was fantastic- no pressure at all. He listened to what we wanted in a vehicle, and found it all. my husband was able to test drive the car 25 minutes away to show it to me at work on Saturday. Paperwork was done so quickly. We thought we'd have to wait till mid week to pick up our car... nope! Picked it up Monday after work, full detail, oil change, and brand new tires installed. Couldn't be happier! 10/10 would NOT recommend purchasing a new Subaru from Koenig Subaru. We paid $45,000 for a brand new 2018 Subaru Outback 3.6R Touring in April 2018. In February 2019, at 16,000 miles, the audio/media/nav center had to be replaced. The part was back ordered and the car was out of service for 10 days. On November 19, 2019, at 33,000 miles, we noticed the transmission slipping. Due to a back order, the transmission was not replaced until December 30, 2019. Bought a used truck from them with an extended warranty and there has been nothing but problems with it. Sales reps are unwilling to repair and management is difficult to work with. True epitome of sleazy car sales people.
I am so grateful to the employees here! They go above and beyond when customers have issues. I just spoke to someone there who is going to help me out with my oil change which is huge for me because I cannot make it in during business hours due to working two jobs. The service I have gotten there has always been top notch so I highly recommend the good people who work at Koenig!!!!
