I recently contacted Brad Kochen to clean my cellular shades that have been hanging in the main entrance atrium collecting dust for 16 years. Brad had the shades cleaned, looking like new, and rehung in just a few days. He is amazing! His communication is excellent, responding promptly to all emails/texts. He is professional, arrives on-time, does outstanding work, and provides exemplary customer service.
Kochens was recommended by a blinds company for cleaning our blinds. They did a fantastic job! The blinds came out new again, including the strings, and the mechanisms are working better for it as well. Their prices are great and very fair. We will have them back to do the windows as well
Brad Kochen did a excellent job washing the exterior of all our windows in our two story home. Our windows sparkle because they are so clean. We appreciated his attention to details and carefully working around our landscaping. We will certainly have him clean our windows again.

Wow! I can’t recommend Kochen’s enough! Brad responded quickly to my inquiry, scheduled us for service the very next day, was prompt and so pleasant to work with. Our cellular blinds, which hadn’t been cleaned (other than vacuuming) for 20 years, are sparkling and beautiful!! Have already scheduled him to do our faux wooden blinds and can’t wait! Just wish we’d done them all at once since his rates are so reasonable.
