Ken Koch is a mean, cold, uncaring man who only cares about money. My mom was sick and in the hospital. She was late on her rent and he showed up at her hospital bed to collect his rent. After she died, he called me before she was even buried to ask me when I would have her stuff out of the apartment. He then went on to keep my moms security deposit because he was so “inconvenienced” by her dying. Even after I went out of my way to clean her apartment and make sure we were out on time. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN!
