RecommendedI was driving through Indiana from Minnesota when my car suddenly stuttered to a stop. I managed to pull off at the next exit, and my car slid into a parking spot and then stopped working. Yikes. I called Koch and within 15 minutes the owner was there with a tow truck and accurately identified the problem immediately. Wow!! It was 4 PM, and still he brought my car to the shop and had it serviced immediately. Everyone was friendly, the waiting room was clean and safe. Great service for your care and very personable
Jason and his team provide great service. We trust them to keep our older model vehicles running. We can depend on them to tell us the truth about what needs to be fixed and to be honest about things that are optional. Highly recommend.
Great customer service. They listen to you when you describe the problems you are having with your car.
Staff is always polite and more than helpful. I had tires put on two vehicles along with oil changes. The work was done quickly and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend Koch Auto to do repairs and regular maintenance on your vehicle.

When my vehicle couldn’t start, the owner and son came over to my house and helped towing my vehicle to their place when no other tow truck available. They kept their words to meet me at certain time. They did a prompt job fixing my vehicle in a very cold morning. Excellent customer service!
