Residential home owner, called in, had my model number, serial number, part #, but they said they can't sell the part to a residential customer. Seems like gatekeeping to me. Only selling to contractors is a way for contractors to overcharge for parts. Don't have the money to pay for a contractor. Just needed to replace my outside condensor fan motor.
