I have been broke down on the side of I 65 North in Atmore Al in a 2018 Subaru Outback for over 2 hours and I have free roadside assistance and the Mobile dealership refused to send someone to my aid because it was too far away when they are the closest dealership!! I will never have another Subaru!
We’re on vacation. Car is making an awful noise. Dave Haggerty took it for a drive, then had the technician confirm his thought. Wheel bearing gone bad! No one in the surrounding area had the part. They ordered a new one and had it overnighted. Got it repaired. Great service. Everyone we encountered was friendly. If I was going to buy a new vehicle in Mobile, this would be the place! I was recently in an accident that resulted in my previous vehicle (GMC Terrain) being totalled. After researching a replacement, with safety being my top concern, I decided to check out Koby. As always, service at Koby Subaru in Mobile, Alabama is excellent. The waiting area is extremely comfortable: coffee, tea, etc., snacks and TV. However, you never spend much time there because the service department is so efficient! I will always go to Koby to do business.
