I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Koala Insulation. They were on site at a property I manage for several hours, yet the job was left unfinished. Spray foam insulation was paid for, but none was installed, and I was not informed that the work had not been completed. After having some issues with increased humidity in my attic, we hired them to install a solar fan to the roof to help with ventilation, in addition to adding more insulation in the attic.
