Contacted Koala insulation of Newark for an estimate. Ed came out for an estimate of our insulation needs. He walked through our home with my husband and I. He asked a few very technical questions that I don’t believe basic homeowners would know. Like “are your rim joists insulated?” I advised him that I wasn’t sure what he was talking about.
