No one bothered to reply to my email asking for help with their Karbon cameras. My vendor Ameritechs installed 10 Karbon cameras sold by this company, they said they are K-TIP4MPFW. They did not provide the passwords and say they don't have them so I can't move the cameras to a new NVR from my old Avalonix XVR. They want to charge me $750 to reset the cameras which is criminal.
