Max was able to help me set up a storage unit for the same cost as online. It is much cheaper than other local storage units in rolla.
Max was a great help getting the contract completed, unit attained and secured. She was very patient, professional and a joy to talk with. KO has reasonable rates and easy access! Move out -- Joy was very pleasant to verify my move out pictures were received and my account/auto pay was removed. Someone was always available when I called my 30 day notice in and from beginning to end was easy. The units were cared for and convenient access.
Max helped get me set up with a unit. I was happy to speak with him. Spoke with aj day. Every thing went fine.
This is one of the best storage facility I ever have to opportunity to use in my 15 years of military affiliation prompted to move every 3 years. The customer service is extremely professional and always available. The move-in process was as smooth as you could expect it. Thank you guys.
