Perhaps this can be a reflection of Kaiser overall, but I had a wholly unpleasant experience with Dr. Eichhorn. After seeing two other ophthalmologists at Kaiser for a yet unexplained and undetermined issue with my eye, I was referred to Dr. Eichhorn. I had to wait a month out for my appointment with him and on the morning of the appointment, I was informed that he had called out sick and I had to wait another month and a half for a new appointment.
