With their HUD subsidized apartments, they advertise and show pictures of pristine interiors with amazing flooring, clean walls, etc but what you will get is filthy and wrinkled carpets, crud in the vents, etc. If you request they clean the apartment the company uses intimidation techniques and retaliation to scare you into silence, and warns you if you don't be quiet you'll be asked to move out. Know your rights people!
I can't say enough good things about them! Our common areas are clean and keeping up on everything. It's a breath of fresh air!!!
