My condos building is falling apart birds nesting in the siding lots of missing siding. Property values are gonna tank I’m sure. Very poorly managed and falling apart. This place used to be nice. I may have to sell and move. Absolutely ridiculous. Been like this for over a month and apparently they have no idea what’s going on or when the work will be finished as “they have no control” over the company hired to do the work.
