Seven years ago I became a patient of Dr. Knudsen. My initial (annual wellness) visit was ok, but I felt she seem detached. When it came time for her to examine me, she seemed as though she did not want to touch me. Ok…I’m in great heath, clean, don’t smell…I chalked it up to us just getting to know each other & maybe she feels awkward with new patients. Dr. Sandra Knuden is bound to treat not just the diseases her patients encounter, but to think of each individual patient as a whole person. She did not uphold that standard with my aunt. My aunt was battling a fatal virus, which caused her health to rapidly decline. Very poor. I had an infection and was given 3 days of antibiotics before the culture came back from lab as positive. Dr Knudson left a message to continue the meds with no further instructions. When I tried to renew the prescription, I couldn’t. After calling the office for 4 days without a response from the dr, I had to be seen at an urgent care to continue my treatment for what became a severe infection. Dr Knudson and the office showed extreme negligence to me and my issue. This is after using their practice for 20 years.... read more
She has been my family physician now for about 5 years since her colleague retired...he was my family doctor for over 30 years. I trust her completely and seek her advice on many issues. I have 9 other doctors, she does an excellent job working with them and recommending a new person when needed.
