Worst company ever! Our system has been broken since January and Guy refuses to fix it. There us no support or maintenance given.
Is there an option for zero stars? Of the 5 years I have had this system It has worked at full capacity for 6 months. I have been waiting for my system to be serviced since February and it is now October. The last time a tech came out they were embarassed that it wasn't installed properly, exposed wires and said they needed to order product to get it up and running. I will attempt to provide a more neutral tone in this review. I was a loyal customer for a span of five years, initially experiencing satisfactory service. However, my experience took a turn for the worse upon the acquisition of a second system. Unfortunately, due to a series of misunderstandings and delays, the installation was postponed for over a year. KNS did make attempts to rectify the situation by offering compensation for the delays. Our PV project was a bit complex involving two Sol-Ark 12k Inverters & two Arrays with Batteries. There were challenging moments. Frustration. KnS CEO was directly engaged & navigated us through the Challenges. This is NOT the time for a semi-serious company. KnS is a serious Company.
