Im never one to write a bad review about a company, but todays an exception. February 8 I started working at the W hotel in south beach as a server with a third party company called KNR Hospitality. I was supposed to have three days of orientation, the first day we were given an employee handbook which we had to study and take an exam on the last day of orientation, our uniform, a clear book bag which we had to use for work and an earpeice.
