Will use non professional help to repair infrastructure emergencies down to and including in my experience. A burst hot water heater pipe and the maintenance worker for the complex stated, "He would like to get a professional in here to do the work since the main pipe is bent at a 45 deg." This quote was gathered after a now, three day job which could have been done in less if the "professional" was called. Now, this has resulted in spoilage of food during a time of financial hardship with child in home.

Do not rent from these people! I lived there a few years ago and it seems they still have the same problems today as they did 5 years ago. A/C not working, loud obnoxious people, violence, crime, prostitution, roaches and rats, drugs, hell one of the managers was stab by a pimp squatting in an vacant apartment. The management will do nothing to help you, even when your neighbors threaten to kill you. Natasha and Jessica don't give a damn and from my experience, being harrassed by a druggie neighbor, cockroaches in the apartments, laundry rooms that look like crap and don't dry anything, crack pipes and condoms on the grounds...it's a mess and a half. The only people who do any work are the maintenance guys and their aren't enough of them to do all of the work. But seriously...the roaches are nasty. At least two different kinds....r... read more

This place is awful! They are trying to 'beautify' the outside without fixing any of the interiors. There are roaches and ants and drug users abound. The 'pet' area is filled with broken glass. They just removed all of the handrails that go up the hills and I am pretty sure that this is a building code violation. NOTHING that you need done will get done. the managers that own the property harass you. if you are Hispanic you can do what you want. your children cant play and it doesnt feel like home. The units need have major electrical issues and the repairs are cover ups. They dont fix major things. The apartments are also infested with ants and other outside bugs. alot of the units are roach infested also.

A scam and dangerous Knoxwood Hills Apartments is a scam. I lived there for almost 14 months, while being there we never received pest control unless we asked for it (which is in our lease to have), we had rats and cockroaches we couldn't get rid of, our front door didn't shut unless it was locked and at one point my boyfriend pulled the handle completely off trying to shut the door.
