We bought a lift recliner about 15 months ago. Within the first year while under warranty the chair lift mechanism broke and had to be replaced. That took 3 weeks and was temporarily fixed with a used part. They said they would return with the new part but they never did. Then the back of the chair stopped working and that was out of the manufactures warranty but we bought the extended warranty. So they scheduled an appointment for a month later. We will never purchase from this store again. We bought a dining room set. Had to return table top twice because both were warped and had chips out of them. The second time we returned the top the salesman Norm said we could not return it and they would send a tech out to our home. We paid cash money 1800.00 and the table top has to be "repaired". Also one of the chairs is losing tacks already also. We have had this furniture for 1 month. What the hell!

Five years ago they may have been good but now they stink. Purchased 2 ErgoMotion twin beds.Before the 2 year factory warranty was up one of the motors was getting very noisy and the padding around the frame on one of the beds was bulging out. Called for a service call they did repair the motor but refuse to fix the bulging side. After spending $8,100. on the two motion beds they tell me the padding is not covered.
