DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE IF YOU NEED SOMETHING DELIVERED. i don’t often use my back porch, but it was needed to deliver my mattress. i tipped them $10, and they left. today I went around my yard and found a broken step. when I called to make them aware, the MANAGER in the delivery dept, just said “sorry”. I bought a chair and sofa from Knoxville Wholesale about 6 months ago. After using it about a month I started trying to get some one to come because it looked horrible. It took them six months to get here and now they say it was a cheap couch what did I expect... I'm sorry I expected them not to be selling junk. I placed a multi-item order to be fulfilled by Knoxville Wholesale Furniture back in November 2020 that was estimated to be delivered in mid-February. I understand that would take so long because of COVID-related delays. When I called to confirm that date was still accurate however, KWF pushed the date back to March 31, a full 4 months from my original order. Do not do business with Knoxville Wholesale Furniture. They scammed me on the protection plan that they refused to honor and the sales person lied straight to my face about.

The store has ample choices and prices are reasonable. However, do not rely on the promises of the Sales Person. This store has a very weak sales culture. They tell you what you want to hear, and very little follow up. We were promised our couch in 2-3 weeks, then heard nothing. I had to call to find out there was a delay at factory. Once again, no couch delivery so I had to call again to find out a further delay. Sales Rep insists he called me, but I never received a call, nor voice mail. This is the worst and racist furniture store in town!!! They took my money for my furniture. When I come back to pick it up, they had sold it!! They turned around and made me spend more on two more sofas. Come to find out, they where not even leather as my original couches. I called and went by multiple times and all they did was lie to me time after time. The guy finally tells me there is nothing they can do to help me. Nice furniture, but management and business function is terrible. Only go there if you are NOT in a hurry for furniture or need just one piece of furniture. We have been waiting THREE WEEKS for an ottoman, and were told it will take AT LEAST ANOTHER TWO. They have NO clue what is on each truck delivery. Either I am being fed a line of BS repeatedly, or they have no clue how to run a business. They use carbon forms to order from. Seriously?! RUN AWAY

We bought a lift recliner about 15 months ago. Within the first year while under warranty the chair lift mechanism broke and had to be replaced. That took 3 weeks and was temporarily fixed with a used part. They said they would return with the new part but they never did. Then the back of the chair stopped working and that was out of the manufactures warranty but we bought the extended warranty. So they scheduled an appointment for a month later.
