If I could give negative stars I would! The power is out again and I’m not even in Knoxville, I live in Sevier County! KUB is beyond pathetic for the price l you pay for service . It’s an embarrassment due the fact, we lose power on a whim!
Had a wonderful experience with KUB worker, Mike Crisp. He was out to fix our water issue in less than 10 min. He also found and fixed our problem within 20 min. GIVE THIS MAN A BONUS.
They do not read your meter. They guess what your bill will be. Guess. WTF. Guess with your own money. Dont guess with mine. Chattanooga comes out 1 time every month to read the meter. Not here. Something is wrong people.........Wake up. Pull your head out of your ass.. They do it in Chattanooga but not here..... Something is wrong....... That is why i moved out of KNOXVILLE. My Ellectrict bill has been no more than $64.00 for the last 3 months..../.Make a long storie short they are ripping you off.....................
Power out again, this is getting to be a regular thing. Lines have been trimmed yet something always comes up. 8 hours and counting trouble man sitting in someone's driveway and ground line laying on the road. Thanks for a quiet Sunday.
I can't believe these bad reviews. I've been with KUB for 15 years and whenever the power goes out, they are out within the hour fixing the problem. Once it was a squirrel that got zapped and messed it up. They even disposed of the dead squirrel for me. Granted, they bickered about who was gonna do it...lol. I've had a few problems but they've always fixed them promptly. They are excellent with working with late payments. My friend has had to be a month late before. Execellent Service! Thank you KUB!
