I don’t know who is in charge of hiring customer support, but give them a raise. Everyone I have ever had to speak with in the last year has been nothing but helpful and empathetic.
Worst Customer service. Never seen lazier employees. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Crazy how a company can just show up and work on the power lines without notice. At least give a knock on the door and say “hey we will be working in the area today”. I get that they have the right to work on the power lines but don’t just hop the fences without letting people know. Also the worker that climbed the pole destroyed my internet box. Called to pay for my bill since the app or online automated service could not process my payment they proceeded to tell me that it’s being declined because I have insufficient funds on my account and yet I had enough money to pay for the bill they declined to help or even give me any assistance
