What is going on with the bills? We’ve been on vacation not even home and every month we’ve doubled and doubled again. Ridiculous.
Got a natural gas problem..the "run-around" was Epic... like playing charades, I'd have to guess the correct terminology based on what they kept saying. Dear KUB, you know the process, we don't. So, we have to ask questions. The answers do not always match the question. But, I was patient..I offered, I will pay you to send anyone to my house for any reason. As far as utilities go, they're a monopoly in the area so a review doesn't mean jack. But for the fiber Internet, absolute garbage. The service is constantly interrupted so good luck with important video calls or gaming. Luckily I have starlink as a backup because this is somehow more unreliable than xfinity.
