Just another monopoly that robs us of our hard earned money every month faithfully. They disconnected my power after I paid my bill, then I call to ask WTH, they said we’re sorry but you was supposed to call after you paid your bill, that’s a first, then told me it will 40$ on my next bill for a reconnection fee, pathetic

Kub fiber contractors came into my neighborhood, dug up my yard and accidentally cut up and destroyed my Frontier internet fiber line. I’ve been without internet for 2 days now and the best they can do is reimburse me for a $150 bill from frontier to come out and fix it. Like always. They don’t care about anyone just themselves and making more money.
Power goes out every week takes them hours to fix , but if you’re behind on a payment they can’t offer any extensions etc. there crooks and they do not follow tn state laws if everyone came together we could straighten out these corrupt companies..
