Hope yall are proud of where your work. Your customer service is crap and non existent. Everyone on your phones is rude and your internet sucks.
They charge you $20 a month for nothing. And it’s not like you can switch companies because they are the only providers of power in the area. That is extremely scummy. The rich are lining their pockets with the hard earned money of the poor/middle class. Nothing new there though. It doesn’t help that our power goes out pretty frequently when it rains. Attn driver of truck 2226, when you’re on Chapman highway and you’re tailgating someone you Do Not need to have every light on the front of your truck on high beam, you do realize that is a lot of lights right into the back window of their car right?
