Very friendly and helpful employees
Customer service is good. I paid my bill when I came home from the hospital (just forgot to pay it) waited almost 2hrs for it to reactivate. I called and everyone said I'll just have to wait. Sad part is I'm a work from home agent and need my internet!
This is a late review, but I just want to "sing the praises" of the hot water installation team. This was the BEST customer service I ever received in my adult life...I am 65. I believe the main person I talked to was Benjamin. They put in a gas hot water heater. Every step happened with precision down to the time they would arrive. 2 yr no interest. Payoff next summer! Good job Benjamin, his team, and KUB!!!
if you have fiber make sure you cancel your service before the 14th the month before they lie about the date they send the statement out
