Outstanding work by Knoxville Tree Service company. They trimmed 3 trees and removed another small one. Jack and his team were hard working, polite and cleaned up excellently. I could have asked for better workers and tree service work. I will use them again for all the tree work I need done in the future.
Knoxville Tree Service did a great job with tree removal for a large tulip poplar on our property. These trees are common around East Tennessee, but this one had gotten huge and we didn’t want to risk it coming down in a storm. Their crew handled the tree cutting safely and in a controlled way, taking it down in sections and protecting the house and surrounding yard the whole time. Knoxville Tree Service was out doing a job for my neighbor, and their truck ended up parked in front of my yard waste the morning the town was supposed to pick it up. They finished up and left, but the town never came back around, so my limb pile was still sittin there. I reached out to Knoxville Tree Service just to see if there was anything they could do, and they didn’t give me any runaround — they showed up the very next day and hauled the whole pile off. Knoxville Tree Service came and removed a large limb that was dangling from a tree. They took caution to make sure my property wasn'tt damaged during the process. They cleaned up all limbs & debris. The guys were on time, professional, and polite. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future.
Knoxville Tree Service trimmed several big red oak trees for us. I’m not gonna lie, it wasn’t 100% smooth at first — there were a couple hiccups with scheduling and one spot that didn’t get trimmed quite like we talked about. I was pretty annoyed.
