I know several people who have bad experience with this place. The rates increase constantly. The original staff was really nice and friendly. The new staff is horrible. If you're a little late on your payment they'll cut your lock off and put their's on and then you'll have to get new locks and it they're in no hurry ro take their's off. If you get a month or 2 behind they tell you it's going to auction on a certain day and then they do auction long before you get notified it's going. Decent place, never had water issues in the 10 years we've rented there. Prices is 25 percent more per month then when we signed up. Locking gate access, bring your own lock or buy there. Can pay online.
