I highly recommend Knoxville Rheumatology and Dr. Mishal Abdullah. Every experience I’ve had with this office has been positive. Dr. Abdullah and the entire staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and caring. The office runs very efficiently, but I never feel rushed during my appointments. Dr. Abdulla is hands down the worst doctor I have ever seen. He walked into the room, told me he needed to check all possible diseases to rule out any because "there are many diseases that mimic RA". This after I filled out all of the many pages of his paperwork and provided him with medical records and blood test results from previous Rheumatologists. Easy to find. Customer service is great. I’ve never had to wait long for my appointment once I check in. Nice and clean!
If I could have left 0 stats I would. I TOO had issues with the lady up front who has NO BUSINESS dealing with the public! Rude and snarky are actually Kind words to describe her behavior towards me. But I stayed hopeful being a new patient. I am an ex paramedic so I am not exactly a common person who doesn't know medical. I received a battery of blood tests.
