Best showroom & excellent customer service in Knoxville! As a repeat customer, they have exactly what I need for each project and are always reasonable in pricing. Kudos to Hannah for being knowledgeable, helpful & having great taste when I was unsure about some of my choices. Plus Jillian (at their warehouse) is another hidden gem in this company! These folks know their products & are the best!
The Noland showroom is a “showcase” of both fantastic products and industry expertise. In addition to considering it my go-to when I need specific items, I enjoy wandering around for project inspiration AND I know any questions I have will be answered by associates who actually know the answers! I have purchased a few different items from Noland and because of my experience with the company, I would not go elsewhere!!

I bought four Toto toilets, Toto SW bidets, and a drinking water filter for a new home and 50% of my bidets stopped working within six months. The drinking water filter has leaked since day one and I'm left holding the bag. We called for help and it turns out Noland doesn't even handle its own warranties ... We have to send the bidets off to the manufacturer for a month. It's been a complete run around. Big box stores have much better warranty and service.
