Ordered a $1200 kitchen faucet on 2/13– was told it would be here 5-7 days. Called 2/24 and was told it was marked “shipped” and I would receive a call back same-day with update. No call. Called back 2/25, was told it was marked “shipped” and they would call me back with additional clarification. No call back. Called this morning, 2/26, to inquire once more. Ridiculously poor customer service from this company! Building a new house, my builder was not in good standing so I paid cash for the lighting package selected. One fan was not operational, broken glass on a vanity, and in both cases, Kendall was extremely difficult to deal with, sending both items to somewhere else, instead of to us. She did recover the replacement globe, but the fan is STILL, after 5 months, not been replaced. Very beautiful showroom. Everyone there was very helpful. Best selection of plumbing, lighting and appliances around!
