Ridiculously poor customer service from this company! Building a new house, my builder was not in good standing so I paid cash for the lighting package selected. One fan was not operational, broken glass on a vanity, and in both cases, Kendall was extremely difficult to deal with, sending both items to somewhere else, instead of to us. She did recover the replacement globe, but the fan is STILL, after 5 months, not been replaced.
