Dr. Trudell is the best neurologist in Tennessee. He listens and understands and is super compassionate. Over the past 12 years, he knew I had a brain tumor immediately and also recognized seizures I'd never heard of before. My family will always be grateful for his immediate help, knowledge and care. Thank you to him and his nursing staff for caring. You made a difference in my life.
Drs are amazing… the office could use a manager. You never get a call back from a nurse. Then when i call to ask if your message was received they tell you they sent it to the dr. And I would get a call back when they read the message. I called 2 weeks in a row and never received a call back with a very serious health question. Called the on call dr and she went back in my file and couldn’t find any messages that where sent to the dr in the 2 weeks that I called. Not doing your job properly is putting people’s lives at risk.... read more
Dr. Trudell is pleasant to talk with, listened to my past and present issues and I didn't feel rushed. Glad I made it in earlier than my original appointment.
This office needs a manager who can schedule appointments so patients don't have to wait up to 90 minutes for the doctor. Happens every time, very rude.
