I took my trike down to have a brake problem fixed, Kim and Greg were very helpful, courteous and explained things so I could understand them. Would highly recommend this service department and will definitely bring my service needs back to them.
I just wanna say thank you to Ken and everybody at bootlegger harley for an awesome birthday suprise and making the feeling of being a part of the family is an amazing experience, I will definitely do alot more business with you all in the future.
100% disappointed!!!! After spending over $2000 on a speaker upgrade we show up to pick up our bike only to find out that they installed the amp on the same side as our saddlebag organizing shelf (the organizer was in the saddlebag when we dropped the bike off). A quick phone call to say the organizing shelf wouldnt fit with the amp and to ask if we would like the amp on the opposite side seems like common sense to me but I guess not.
Stopped there today and this is a great shop. Everyone treats you like family
Thank You Bootlegger , Harley Davidson. You Guys and Gals, are fantastic. My recent experience, and in the past, has been above the call of duty. I am very pleased with my New Motor, and helmet. See you ya'll down the road and at the Dealership.
Ken and the rest of the staff were very helpful and easy to work with. Ken worked with me over a few days to get me what I wanted and on a bike I really liked. No pressure at all he even came in on his day off to help me l. Will definitely be back to buy agian and for service.
