Always a good experience!
Loved the Dr and thought I loved the experience up until today. The doctor loathed about having an influx of patients….. at the time thought nothing of it. Went to get my glasses today. Hours on the door say 5pm yet at 456 they are closed for business and cannot pick my glasses up that they called to tell me to come get. What…. Say what??!!? Excellent services! Caring and professional staff!
I would give zero stars if an option. They are listed on the Silouette website as a retailer. Unfortunately, as I am not a patient of the practice and have an “outside” prescription, they won’t assist me in obtaining new lenses. Sad. I am hopeful another retailer in the area will be willing to take my money.
I’ve been going here since I was a child. Dr. Witke was my doctor asa child. Dr. Hunt has been my doctor for about 25 years now. I’ve seen all of the doctors and they’re all great. I highly recommend them.
