It had been a while since I’d been to the dentist, and while I was sad to learn that Dr. Nicholaus had moved, I was very pleased with Dr. Kendra Hammock. She has a great “chair-side manner” and was compassionate, thorough, and took time to explain the reasons behind her recommended treatment plan. I didn’t feel “pushed” to do more than necessary. I have been going here for years and all of the dentists have been kind and efficient. While I have been frustrated in the past by having to reschedule appointments due to staffing issues, they always accommodate a new time quickly. I’ve been to both the Cedar Bluff and Powell locations. Recently, I woke up with a broken tooth. I called the office, and they got me in at the last minute.
