My daughter and I have been going to Knoxville Cosmetic Dentistry for several years. We had always been very happy until recently. Two weeks ago, we made an appointment, but just before it, we received a call saying they didn't have a hygienist available. I rescheduled for this afternoon. I cannot say enough about this practice. My daughter broke a tooth over the weekend she is a student at UTK. I called Monday morning and was greeted by the sweetest lady on the phone. She was so caring and was able to get my daughter in that afternoon. They kept me updated and got her all fixed up. It was such a relief when I am 3 hours away to know your child is in great hands. I cannot thank them enough.
Woke up with a tooth ache and they saw were able to squeeze me in that morning. Friendly, yet professional staff. Edit: If you use Care Credit, they only accept 6 month terms, regardless of what Care Credit approves. I had to switch dentists to get 2 crowns and a bridge, but they had already pulled the teeth before they mentioned 6 month terms. I really like the staff at this office, but the way they handle Care Credit is disappointing. I had to change my 5 star review to 4 stars because of the Care Credit policy. It has not... read more
Great staff and very kind! I needed my retainer fixed last minute and right before they closed and they made time to help me out! Very quick and helpful, highly recommend!
I was at Knoxville Cosmetic Dentistry on Friday 04/05/2024 for my Bi-Annual cleaning which was done by a Young Lady Hygienist by the name of Brittany who was Absolutely Wonderful! She was Extremely Professional while at the same time Delightfully Pleasant and Tons of Fun! I very much look forward to my next cleaning with Brittany, such a Great Hygienist!
