THIS IS FOR KIMBERLY WHO ANSWERED MY PHONE CALL TO KCBC. SHE WAS KIND, THOUGTHFUL AND HELPFUL. I NEVER HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER PHONE CALL FROM THAT DAY TO THE END OF MY SURGERY AND DISSMISSAL FROM THE HOSPITAL. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. EVERY MEDICAL CENTER SHOULD HAVE A PERSON LIKE YOU.
I had been a client for 10 years. After making my appointment a year in advance, I just received word it was cancelled. The Dr. decided he/she wanted to take a day off (before Thanksgiving). The only new appointment was offered in March 2020. I had arranged time off work, etc. Obviously client welfare/satisfaction/integrity is not high priority.
