Had my septic tank pumped a couple times by Knox so far. Service has been quick, simple and professional each time. Once the truck arrives and starts pumping, the work is done within half an hour (for a 1000 gallon capacity tank). During the process, the guys will ask to have a toilet flushed to make sure there’s good flow going to the tank and no potential clogs. Job well done, guys!

I highly recommend, I called and they showed up next day. Pumped septic, found lid, very nice and respectful. I will use everything I need this kind of service. Reasonable pricing. Definitely 5 star company.
