Not sure what type of advice (or lack thereof) that Knox Realty gives their clients (sellers) but they left the home I recently purchased an absolute mess! No one expects a home to be perfect upon move-in but the manner in which the home was left was absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms looked as though they had not been cleaned in years as well as the kitchen.
