As a former nurse, I'm comfortable in saying that this doctor's bedside manner and overall professionalism is beyond awful. I missed two days of work to prepare for two endoscopy procedures. After not eating for over 38 hours, not drinking anything for 17 hours, and being dehydrated and nervous I mentioned that I had some blurry vision in my left eye - I mentioned it out of an abundance of precaution.
