Extremely rude receptionist. Felt like an inconvenience and was hung up on.
My mum started coming to this doctor surgery in the 1960s when the doc lived here. Never had a problem with any of the doctors or receptionist’s and when I have (only once) I got a phone call to make sure I was alright. Only ever hear receptionists get frustrated because they can’t actually hear behind that stupid glass partition or when patients are demanding n rude!
Dr Evelyn Lam followed through and spoke to my surgeon ‘s practice and got a solution for my frozen shoulder.
Dr Andrey Butrev and Dr Win Htut Naing are amazing ! They are both very informative, competent, thorough and empathetic in their approach. Highly recommend!
