Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Not at all! They exceeded my expectations Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Was this provider's office too cold? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed?
