Was up at Windrock from Florida and my Beta 430 rr water pump seal went out. Call the store and they were closed so I didn't even leave a message. He called me back just from my caller ID number. He was out to dinner with his wife and said he would call me when they were done and he would meet me at the store so that I could get the part. He called me back and waited at the sore while I drove 40 min. to meet him at about 8:00pm. It was awesome of him to do that. He even walked me thru how to fix it.
