Staff is very friendly Dr and nurses explained detailed information that we could understand very happy with the experience me and my father had there
Had to get my tags renewed, was in and out in no time. New spacious location, plenty of parking and easy to get there.
Front office was extremely rude over the phone! There had been an issue with my insurance and I was told that it would be fixed but it doesn’t seem it was fixed. The lady on the phone was not helpful one bit and I told her the person I spoke to last time (almost a year ago) said that it would be fixed and today the lady on the phone told me “that is not true because their office does not do the billing”. By far the BEST DMV office ever! I went in at 8 o'clock and was in the back of the line when they opened. I walked in and went straight to the counter. I'm in my car ALL done and it's 8:19!!! That was amazing!!
Very rude front desk staff. I walked in (since no one answered/returned my phone calls) to make an appointment since I'm a new TN resident and needed immunizations for school. I explained my situation and the woman at the front desk gave me a paper to fill out that asked for my mother's info (even though I'm an adult?) and she was very short and passive aggressive when I asked why they needed that and just told me to fill the paper out.
