Walked in to get a birth certificate a couple minutes after 4pm and they basically made up new hours and said I had to come back Monday though they were just sitting there chatting. I get it’s a Friday afternoon but some of us can’t get there much earlier and if the hours really are different then that needs to be posted and made clear, not just something made up.
Quick lady upfront was little hateful but id probably be same if I worked there and dealt with the things she did also
