POOR SERVICE They Suck poor service shady people to deal with POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR POOR SERVICE HAVE SHADY PEOPLE RUNNING THE SHOW
THE WORST CAR PARTS DEALER THAT CAN POSSIBLY EXIST TERRIBLY POOR. I requested a rebuilt transmission and was provided a transmission out of a used car. It cannot be tested on site before sale. I took the day off work. Borrowed a truck to pick up the transmission and hired a mechanic to install. The transmission burns tired before it jerks into gear and small slips in between shifts. Yes they do give a 90 day warranty. All I needed was to drive one block to know that the transmission was crappy for a severe "understatement". ... read more
Great Place We use Knox Auto Parts all the time for our business. We always call ahead and they have our parts ready for us. Other reviewers may think its supposed to be like Walmart with brand new parts and wrapped in shiny plastic, but they're all morons who don't know any better.
junk yard I wouldn't recommend this place for a junk yard as they do not do good business. They tend to rip people off. There is absolutely no parking anywhere unless you are on the busy highway that it is off of. The prices are way above what they should be. I don't think the guys that work here are very nice. Just the whole atmosphere is not what I would recommend for a deal.
