All of the people I have spoken with, from administrative support to billing to my provider, Nicole, have been warm, friendly and caring. I’ve been through a lot lately; a new heart condition which was the scariest and really pushed the need for some help with my stalled weight loss. I’ve lost 6 pounds the first month and around the same this month, which would still be on me without these people helping me. So grateful for them!
