I had two separate complicated wisdom tooth extractions done by Dr. Knowles and never once doubted whether I was in good hands… the man knows his stuff! Both surgeries were seamless, the staff was extremely kind and accommodating, and we were given plenty of very clear instructions before and after the procedures. I was referred to this practice by my dentist last year around February or March. I called a few times to get an appointment set up and found their operating hours are ridiculous. Why even practice at that rate? Set the appointment and then I got sick so I canceled, it was prime for Covid at the time. I couldn’t get in until September and the woman I spoke with was very rude! When expressing how far out and concerning it was about the time of the appointment (I rarely got vacation time so I would’ve had to for this no doubt)... read more
