I recently moved to the area and needed a vet I could trust and turn to in case of any emergency and regular routine care. I came in to get my dog some shots and to get her established as a patient and my first impression was of how much every single member of the staff loved their job. Even though it was after normal business hours and the patients were mostly emergencies (which is awesome! getting to the vet in a timely way working a 9-5 is near impossible for me) everyone communicated well and there was no apparent tensio... read more

Thank you for your kind words for Dr. Beg. It was a pleasure to meet you. Welcome to the Knowles family! Know that we are here 24/7/365 for all your pet needs.
I brought my dog in to get neutered, even though I was riddled with anxiety. Dr. Beg thoroughly went over every pro and con of the procedure and at the end of the conversation, I was 100% on board. The staff was so loving to me and my boy. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. You could feel the genuine compassion from everyone & that’s what makes an impact.

Thank you for the 5 stars!

They quoted $500-$700 for emergency overnight care and tests. As we were trying to figure out what to do and where to muster up the cash, the kitten d... read more

Dear Tania. Knowles maintains a 501(c)(3) - a nonprofit - to care for and help save animals when and where we can. We do extensive pro bono work for many animal rescue programs. That said, we cannot save all the homeless animals in Miami-Dade county. As you will note, all human hospitals, while they will care for you in the ER, always send a bill.
HORRIBLE customer service! Absolutely horrific ! i was presented with 4 different bills . so upsetting . The nurse Tesia De Lange attitude was so disgusting . I'll never step foot back in there
