I had some terrible experiences in Doral and my beloved dog 🐶 of 11 years was diagnosed with heartworm and my previous clinic would not pre schedule his treatments and completely dropped the ball. So far everything’s great. The people are very polite and they explain things to you very clearly. I’ve got the best doctor for my kitty Dr. P and hopefully she’ll take care of my kitty’s problem
DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE. They’re lack of communication is repulsive. We pulled a dog from MDAS and she wasn’t stable enough to get to Naples, so we were told to being her here. They had our dog for 5 days, they promised reports and updates and every time we called we were put on hold for thirty minutes to an hour, or they’d just tell us she was stable. We were finally able to pick her up and get her transferred. They also do not work with nonprofits, after they told us they would discount our bill. Absolutely appalled.

Everyone, from the CSR’s to the techs to the veterinarians and everything in between, were absolutely phenomenal. During these crazy times they still made sure to take care of my sick kitten and made me feel comfortable and in great hands. As someone who works with animals, I can absolutely understand the high stress they are under day one and day out - yet they NEVER falter in their care and EVERYONE in the clinic has such a strong passion for caring for our little friends.
